Bay Ganyo is a character of Bulgarian tale story. He enjoys travel, making friends around, loving the atmosphere of freedom just like the owner of Bay Ganyo Yogurt, Typhoon. Moved back from Taipei to Tainan when he was in the elementary school, Typhoon said he was unhappy with the education system till college. His father did business since Typhoon was a kid, and made him wish to open his own business. He went to Okinawa studying when he was in graduate school and learned the diverse of many kinds culture. Typhoon tends to lessen eating meat now, not only for treating the environment much more friendly, he also thinks this is changing the way he looks. The reason why he changed his eating habit can be traced back the time he visited Bulgaria, one day before a party event, one shepherd told Typhoon he is going to slaughter the lamb tomorrow and invited him to come. Typhoon woke up too late the day and met the shepherd on the way, he carried one huge bag made with lamb skin. Typhoon didn’t feel anything when he was talking to the shepherd, but things changed at night. When he saw dishes on the table served with plenty thick lamb, he only saw one and another life living, they were friends who he played with just several days ago. He now chooses to eat vegetables when he has options, but the first priority will always be not wasting food.
Typhoon’s interest in creating makes him offer limited special flavor yogurt every once and a while, also it’s easy to buy other products of his recommendation in Bay Ganyo, recently he is highly recommend Korean Kimchi made by an local mother which offers healthy and pure food.
