2015年11月落腳於現在位置的青春交換所，由又藺和興文創立。兩人在屏東讀幼兒教育時認識，又藺很羨慕屏東之外的其他縣市有很多有趣的事情，她認為生活和藝術應該以舒服的方式並存，希望串聯各種領域的創作者，因而建立出「小草大樹」這個以在地與藝術生活為主的平台，策畫包含市集、音樂會、演唱會、展演等活動。他們認為自己當時的想法是：「要建立起一個生活型態，應該是進去一個地方、融入其中才可能有所改變。」

在當時的屏東沒有任何類似的市集活動，而恰巧興文與另外一間學校的熱音社社長正在討論要做從屏東往前行之名的「屏行」熱音巡迴，又藺決定先以熱音社巡迴名義，策畫市集和各式活動，抱持著又擔心又興奮的心情一口氣辦了四場，回想當時的過程，又藺說在屏東做任何事情好像都從害怕開始，但經過不間斷的說明和溝通，人們串聯的力量快速和深厚的程度是很驚人的。活動結束後，一位參與活動的民眾跑來和又藺道謝，表達自己居住在這座城市對於藝文發展的渴望，謝謝他們讓她看見屏東青年的創作熱力，這件事情對當時還未確定自己能不能繼續這麼埋頭只做自己喜歡事情的又藺打了一劑強心針，她說：「只要有一個人因為小草大樹的活動感到快樂，什麼辛苦都很值得。」
小草大樹強調順應自然，對他們來說重要的是要分享怎樣的生活，找一塊舒服的野地，不畫攤位大小、沒有形式限制。「我們到這個地方生長新的東西，走了之後讓環境恢復成本來的樣子。」小草大地之後計畫遍布全台， 2016年末已在台北、台中和台南都有駐點。興文在結束學業後回到家鄉台南，又藺也搬來後兩人開始構思青春交換所的概念，又藺和興文把青春交換所當作一艘船，邀請家人、朋友、任何有興趣上船的人加入，他們認為這個世界不會有真正和平的一天，所有可以做的事情都只能從自己，上船的人都是夥伴，只要凝聚力量，就沒有需要害怕的時刻。

現在的青春交換所在空間中提供無包裝商店，只販售對環境友善的產品，強調買多不賣、用完再買的概念。除此之外，每個月舉辦不同活動，固定在週四烹煮無性別料理供預約用餐。舉辦的講座包括「旅行的故事」、「職人生活」與以友善環境、食農生活、藝術創作為主的課程，邀請不同生活方式的講者分享交流生活的更多方式。同時每個月還有海廢監測活動，除了淨灘，做到垃圾分類和記錄垃圾數量往往能讓參與的人直接快速的省思到自己的生活中對於用品的選擇；一個月一次的「剩食計畫」，邀請有興趣的人一起進入市場，撿回無法被販售但實際上仍能食用的食材，一起烹煮、再像辦桌般邀請願意享用的朋友共食；除了食的不浪費，藉由活動日舉行「交換日」讓物品資源也不被浪費，讓家中閒置的物品成為別人實用的物件，以交換代替購買；有了這麼多策畫不同活動的經驗，又藺回想起來其實都是在學習放下，放下對事情的偏見，放下事情理所當然的可能，辦活動的過程其實都在尋找答案，改變生活的選擇，慣性應當被改變。兩人說青春的初衷都從生活開始，而環境和生活的關係是密不可分的，為了不讓生活一直在遠離生活，我們只能一起行動。

生活哲學：看一切事情要看錢之外，時間能留下來的價值。

Life Swap Shop was founded in 2014 by Janna and Josh. They met in Pingtung when studying early childhood education. Janna has been always jealous about other cities in Taiwan often holding artistic events which never happened in Pingtung. She thinks it’s really important to set a balance of art and life , they then came up the idea setting up ALLT, a platform combing all the creation resources in Pingtung, organizing events including artistic, environmental-friendly market, concert, music performing, exhibition and other art-related-to-life events. Their concept was when creating a new life-style, you have to evolve the space first then change the way you want it to be slowly.

Back in the time Pingtung never had artistic market, it was like a total strange concept to people who lived there. Josh has played in an indie band quite a time and was planning to hold tour concert with other friends. Janna then decided to organize the market along the music tour. Recalling from their memory, they said doing such things in Pingtung was really hard at the beginning, but they were both surprised after continuously explanation and communication, the depth and fast of connecting is really amazing. A stranger who went to the market came to Janna after the event ended, she was emotionally talking to Janna saying she felt she has waited too long to see such event being held in Pingtung. Janna was really touched to see one person standing in front of her, happily saying she need such events, it proved it was not only what Janna liked, but what people need, to live with art, or the two things should combined together.

ALLT emphasizes the importance of living according to the natural, and share the lifestyle which they think should be developed. “We come to a place and grow up something, left the place like what we haven’t visited, but the memory and what happened will last forever.” ALLT is planning to be a national organization, now already based in Taipei, Taichung and Tainan. Josh came back to Tainan after graduation and started the concept of Life Swap Shop when Janna moved to here. They think Life Swap Shop is a boat, they are willing to invite families, friends and everyone to be on the boat together, though the world will never become peace and satisfy everyone, but the power of everyone on the boat may really make a difference, just to start the change from everyone.

Life Swap Shop now combines with unpackaged shop, selling eco-friendly products and emphasizes the concept of buying things when you need it. They also hold various kinds of events every month including travel’s story, worker’s story and lessons sharing how to live eco-friendly, art creation and living with agriculture. On Thursday, they open as restaurant only for reservation, cooking and sharing food. They bring people to clean the beach, measuring and recording the trash every month, to discuss with everyone how lifestyle can change, what we think need from the environment will all come back to us again. Other events like gather people picking vegetables which can be eaten but not for sale then cook and eat together later, or exchange things which useful but have been unused for a while, all these are living style they want to share via Life Swap Shop.

Philosophy of living: To value one thing, always see the things which can be left after times.
